Renovation
As part of Sovereign Hill’s 50th Anniversary, we partnered with the Sovereign Hill Museums Association to deliver a major internal refurbishment of the iconic New York Bakery.
Works included new commercial flooring, wall and ceiling upgrades, custom bar and cabinetry construction, and coordinated procurement of furniture and fittings. Delivered in collaboration with the Sovereign Hill team, the refreshed venue now offers a brighter, more functional space for school dining, events, and à la carte service.
