Black Sheep collaborated with the City of Monash to transform both pavilions with updated Amenities and Changerooms

PRACC

With a Design and Construct brief, we approached the design with WHS and functionality in mind.

Sovereign Hill – New York Bakery

A wooden storefront with a sign reading "NEW YORK BAKERY" and "REFRESHMENT ROOMS." The building has a covered porch, decorated columns, and old-fashioned signs listing prices for pies and coffee.

The New York Bakery is a well known iconic meeting point. A well deserved upgrade while in keeping with its historic status.

Kingsville Kindergarten and Maternal Child Health Centre

The well-deserved refurbishment and accessibility upgrades to Kingsville Kindergarten and Maternal child Health Centre.

Strathaird Pavilion – Extension and Renewal

A focus on the priorities of the local community, which include open space and recreation. To support future events and growing community use, the Pavilion was to undergo a major extension and upgrade.

Glen Waverley Golf Club – Sand and Soil Bays

Set in the heart of the heavily treed golf course, the plan was to construct a custom-built sand and soil storage facility, designed to support heavy machinery and ensure efficient materials management.
