Amenities Upgrades
A dual-site upgrade project delivering modern, inclusive changeroom and bathroom facilities for two busy sporting pavilions. Works included full demolition, new floor and wall finishes, joinery, and installation of updated hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
To minimise disruption, all works were completed in stages—ensuring one set of amenities remained operational throughout. Both projects ran in parallel and were carefully coordinated around ongoing sports activities to maintain community access and scheduling.
