The Challenge
Redesigning a roof and Facade on an existing building is challenging enough but MAPCo required this project being completed while Beer Deluxe remained open and fully functional. The design would also need to meet the requirements of Heritage Victoria.
Our Solution
A fast paced program with nil delay ensured that the impact on Beer Deluxe was kept to a minimum. Innovative construction procedures ensured that time onsite was kept to a minimum. The natural finish of zinc cladding mixed with the abstract shapes from the base design created a stunning finish
