The Challenge
Set in the heart of the heavily treed golf course, the plan was to construct a custom-built sand and soil storage facility, designed to support heavy machinery and ensure efficient materials management.
Our Solution
Construct from 200mm precast concrete panels secured in galvanized PFCs within 2.6m deep pier, the structure offers exceptional durability and impact resistance. Thoughtful design elements like water runoff channels and drainage ensure materials stay dry and separated.
The Outcome
A purpose-built sand and soil storage facility that ensure material stay dry and uncontaminated, making it a robust and reliable asset/ solution for long term use.
