The well-deserved refurbishment and accessibility upgrades to Kingsville Kindergarten and Maternal child Health Centre.
Working in a live environment is always complex, when working around children, this creates additional complexities. The Centre was to remain operational and functional during the refurbishment.
Our Solution
To undertake construction in a childcare setting required sensitivity, safety and precision. Our team carefully came up with the solution to coordinate fast-tracked works program, taking advantage of the school holidays, with round the clock effort, we successfully refreshed the facility once earmarked for demolition.
The Outcome
The result is a refreshed, functional space where both kindergarten and Maternal child Health services can now thrive, offering improved circulation, comfort and capacity for the growing local community.
